FATE Website
The FATE results from client machines are displayed on http://fate.ffmpeg.org. This page contains reference with regards to the meaning of the colors, buttons, and links on the website.
Navigation
The FATE website overall is easy to use. Here is a list of things you might find convenient but never realized it before.
Colors
Sometimes the text in the architecture, OS, compiler, comments, and warning count boxes are bold or have a color other than black. Here's what they mean.
- Bold text signifies new results.
- Gray text means ancient results.
- Green text
- When the warning number is green, that means the warning number decreased from the previous compilation on the same slot.
- If the entire entry is green, that means that the test failures decreased from the previous run on the same slot.
- Internally, the state of being green is called "rejoice" (as visible from HTML source code).
- Dark red text
- When the warning number is red, that means the warning number increased from the previous compilation on the same slot.
- If the entire entry is green, that means that the test failures increased from the previous run on the same slot.
- Internally, the state of being green is called "alert" (as visible from HTML source code).
