FFMPEG not able to recognize LATM audio tracks

Summary of the bug: This is a regression bug, the older build of ffmpeg are able to recognize the tracks fine. consequently it can't process the tracks.

Allow me to repeat that you are forbidden to distribute (=to offer to your users for download) FFmpeg binaries that use --enable-nonfree in the configure line.
